Some people walk on the Way of St James, Jean-Michel prefers to cross the Pyrenees on foot, on his own, from the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean. The photographer walks and sometimes stops by a cider maker or a cheese factory producing Camembert from Normandy. And between two assignments for Renault Trucks or boatmen of the River Seine, he is also interested in the daily life of farmers, breeders of cattle and salt meadow sheep, and food industry professionals.
