The advantage of being settled there, along the Gulf of Morbihan, is the ability to easily go from Mainland to Sea, from arts and crafts to industrial fishing, from the megaliths of the Breton countryside to sailboats on the Atlantic Ocean, from a trail run along the coast to a windsurfing event. Over the years, Fanch has been able to illustrate the whole aspects of daily life in Southern Brittany, such as the opening of a new Ibis Hotel, the training sessions of volunteers of the French national sea-rescue association SNSM, the renovation of a bed and breakfast complex, or the Breizh Ocean Marathon.
